City of Lexington News

back to school

The school year is just around the corner and Lexington kids need your help with school supplies. Last year we helped over 20 students, and we are hoping to do the same this year.  We are once again offering our program called

Adopt a Student

If you need help with school supplies this year, you will need to contact us with the grade, gender, supplies needed and a class schedule and also needed is contact information for supply pickup.

So if you are a church, club, organization, business or an individual would you please consider adopting a student or students this year?  Please contact us and we’ll get you a student and a list of what they need.  Lois Daniels 309-365-8375 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
